I'd say Eve players sit more between amused and indifferent about Dust. Besides nobody does a better job at hating Dust Bunnies than other Dust Bunnies. inb4 another Imperfects hate thread / newberry pie rage thread.

I think rifle damage is fine. If CCP wants to buff snipers they can start with HUD clutter. (Protip: move around in tight packs because snipers can't see your bodies through the health bar spam, however you will be a wet dream for mass driver user...
